Clancy Emanuel is an electrical engineering student at the University of Connecticut. Clancy is actively involved in research and has had his work presented at Senior Design competitions. His main focus is developing algorithms for the path planning of underwater, unmanned vehicles. Aside from playing with robots, Clancy enjoys rock climbing, playing any sort of instrument, and talking about math. 

Clancy is currently pursuing a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a minor in mathematics from the University of Connecticut. He is expected to graduate in 2016.

"I am really looking forward to learning about and maintaining Hercules and Argus! Seafloor exploration revolves around these two vehicles, and I welcome the opportunity to keep them in great shape."
